FAQs

What's Your Return Policy?

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Our goal is to get your order out fast! We ship the same or next business day. If we've shipped your order, you can return the item to us, and we'll refund you 80% of the cost. The remaining 20% helps cover some of our incurred expenses. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you need to change the shipping address for an order, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to make the change. Again, our priority is fast shipping.

If the package is returned, it may take us time to receive it due to carrier delays. Once received, we will resend it to the correct address. We kindly ask that you pay for one of the three shipping charges. Fair enough?

Tip: To prevent this from happening, set the browser's "autofill" settings.

What type of ink do you use?

DTG Products

For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, meaning they are safe to print on children's clothing and help reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Sublimation products

For sublimation products, we use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink, which are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.

Phone cases

We use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, meaning it meets the standards for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Posters

For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Other non-apparel products

For mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink. For selected non-apparel products, stickers, and canvas, we use EPSON SC80610/80600 ink. 😎

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar? 🧐

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual. It's from a fixation agent applied during printing, and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond to the fabric; without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
